METICULOUS WASH

$175 + $50 SUVs/Oversize

Not available to first time customers. The basics to a clean car and perfect yearly refresher. We start with a foam bath and clean every nook and cranny of your car's interior and exterior - there's nothing left untouched.  We clean and protect all glass, trim, and interior panels.  We get into every door jamb and all the hood and trunk gutters.  

We dry down with only premium microfiber towels and finish with a coat of some of the finest quick detailers available.  

METICULOUS XPRESS

only for Ceramic Coating customers

The perfect maintenance wash for cars with coatings and paint protection films.  After a wash with a carefully chosen shampoo, the car is dried with compressed air and fresh microfiber.   Interior is lightly vacuumed, glass and all interior pieces are cleaned and wiped down.  

Meticulous Xpress is only available for cars that have a ceramic coating installed by The Automat.

METICULOUS DETAIL

The starting block. All new clients and cars start here.  We start an Intense Interior Detail to bring the interior as close to showroom as possible. We then do an exterior deep wash & decontamination including all paint, trim, wheels, and door jambs.

Next, we do a clay treatment and then a single step polish to restore gloss and remove oxidation, followed up with a premium wax.

We offer pick-up & drop-off service to local area clients.

Additional charge applies for oversize, SUVs, and collectible cars for all services.

Interior Details

INTENSE INTERIOR DETAIL

$250 + $50 SUVs/Oversize

An intense cleaning of your entire interior. We started with a thorough vacuum, then move to either a steam clean/hot water extraction of carpets and dashes, door panels.  We then use carefully selected cleaners and protectants for each surface on the interior to bring out a perfect factory satin finish.  

For fabric seats, we will use a variety of methods to clean and remove light stains.  For leather, we use a two part cleaning and conditioning product for a rich soft finish. Special attention is used on premium Napa and aniline leathers.

LEATHER & FABRIC CONDITIONING

For tired and aging interiors, we carefully clean, rejuvenate and protect all leather & fabric surfaces.  After cleaning, we apply either a multi step leather care system to slowly bring the leather back to life or a fabric sealant to protect against spills and buildup.

PAINT CORRECTION

Upon inspection

This is the foundation to a proper shine. We start with a Meticulous Wash, then prep and correct every inch of the car.  Decontamination, swirl & light scratch removal, polishing, sealing, trim & glass rejuvenation, wheel polish.  We do as many stages of compounding and polishing as is required and allowed by your paint depth to get light defects out and bring out a near perfect finish.

After getting the paint perfect, we apply a coat of high quality carnauba wax to seal and protect the paint - and bring out some of the best shine you'll ever see.  

Includes If there's any areas that need special attention, please point it out and we will happily do our best. 

We highly recommend that you seal and/or coat the car with our synthetic coatings or premium carnauba waxes to add longevity and protection.

PAINT PROTECTION

Starts at $1,500

This is what makes cars glisten.  Done only after a Paint Correction, we apply premium natural carnauba waxes to bring out maximum deep wet shine or ceramic/glass coatings to highlight intense gloss, ultimate in protection and longevity.  

This process is highly specific to each car and owner and requires a lengthy discussion to select the right products & techniques.  It is essential to understand that while coatings are durable, they need proper wash techniques and gentle care to avoid the same defects that dull the clear coat.

WHEELS & 
WHEEL WELLS

$600 for all 4 wheels

All 4 wheels are removed, decontaminated, cleaned and polished.  Both fronts and back are prepared and a ceramic coating is applied to prevent future buildup.

Next, we scrub down each wheel well including suspension, brakes, and fender liners by hand.  After a thorough cleaning and rise, we apply a protectant to the trim pieces and coating to the suspension and calipers to maintain the shine. 

For track cars, race cars and cars with carbon ceramic brakes, special care is taken. 

ENGINE BAY DETAILING

Starts at $75. Shows cars billed per hour.

We clean, detail, and protect every component in the engine bay.  Not just the plastic covers, but every piece of hardware, every connector, every bit of trim.  

To finish, we apply a protectant to minimize future debris build up.

UNDERCARRIAGE DETAILING

 Starts at $450

This is where we shine.  For most, this is a power-wash to remove road grime.  We aim to remove all fluid residue, built up dirt, factory applied cosmoline.

Ceramic Coatings

The pinnacle of automotive paint protection.  Ceramic coatings bond to the clear coat and form a sacrificial layer that enhances gloss, is hydrophobic, and anti-static.  

What does that mean for you? 

An incredibly slick glossy surface that is resistant to dirt, debris, and water.  Since it bonds directly to the clear coat, ceramic coatings can last several years.  

It's easy to clean - in most cases a light wash and pat dry is all it takes to get the car back to full gloss.  It also takes longer for the car to get dirty since nothing wants to stick to the surface. 

So what's the catch? 

Ceramic coatings cost more than waxes and sealants and are complex to install.  We need the car for a minimum of 2 days for coatings.  After installation, your car is ready to drive rain or shine, but we recommend not getting it wet for 7 days. The first wash is after 4 weeks (included in the price of all coating installations).

Paint protection films are a clear, nearly invisible film that goes on the car to provide a durable layer of protection against chips & scratches.

This is the ultimate in protection to preserve the quality of the paint and avoid unnecessary trips to the body shop after minor incidents.

The newest generation of films are self-healing - which means light swirls and scratches can self-level after heat application. This makes it almost fool-proof to wash the car without adding swirl marks.

We offer two levels of protection - street package (full front end) and track package (full car). Installation time is 3-4 days and is ready to drive rain or shine after that.
